By accessing or using Prompt Kaizen (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Prompt Kaizen is a prompt optimization platform that uses artificial intelligence to refine instructions for AI models. The Service is provided by Prompt Kaizen, a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands.

Important Notice About AI Outputs
All outputs produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence.
Accuracy: AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, assumptions, or biases. We do not guarantee fitness for any specific purpose. The Integrity Engine (Pro tier) provides additional verification, but is not a substitute for human review.
EU AI Act: The Service is classified as a general-purpose AI system. Users are prohibited from using the Service for “High-Risk” use cases as defined by the EU AI Act, including but not limited to biometric identification, critical infrastructure management, or law enforcement decision-making.
Human Oversight: Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before deployment in any professional, production, or decision-making environment.
Prompt Kaizen offers a Free tier and paid plans with higher monthly limits and additional features. Current plan details and pricing are listed on the Pricing page. In addition to monthly plan allowances, users may purchase one-time credit packs that are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Monthly plan allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unused monthly allowance does not roll over; purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Pursuant to EU consumer law, by initiating an optimization or accessing premium features, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content has been provided or the service has begun.
You agree not to:
Ownership of Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts you submit.
Assignment of Outputs: Prompt Kaizen hereby assigns to you all right, title, and interest in and to the optimized outputs generated for you by the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the output does not infringe on third-party rights.
Service Rights: Prompt Kaizen retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service infrastructure, algorithms, optimization pipeline, scoring methodology, and all proprietary technology. No license to the underlying technology is granted through use of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPT KAIZEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party AI model providers and infrastructure services, and may be subject to their availability and rate limits. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
